摘　　要：在武器装备建设全寿命过程开展有效、有序的竞争,是推进我军武器装备科研生产军民融合式发展所面临的重要课题。针对武器装备科研生产全过程,深入分析了"三分一体"竞争模式,以及市场结构分析思路,提出了推进武器装备科研生产全程竞争的应对策略。We must actively promote featuring civil-military integration system so as to realize the unification between the economics and defense.It is important subj ect that is carrying out effective and orderly competition in life-cycle weapon equipment building for promoting civil-military integra-tion weapon equipment research and production system building.This paper thoroughly analyzes com-petition mode which includes classified procurement,procurement at different levels,procurement in stages,and the integration of procurement,and gives equipment market structure analysis thought. At last,the paper puts forward life-cycle competition strategy of weapon equipment research and pro-duction system building.
