明胶肽对降低运动风险的实验研究

摘  要:运动有益健康得到广大居民和众多专家关注和首肯,但运动对健康的不利风险却很少有人关注,在应用营养手段降低运动导致的不利健康风险研究方面更是少见,文章通过对动物灌胃自制的明胶肽,检测了实验动物和对照组的抗疲劳能力、耐缺氧能力和抑菌活性,证实了明胶肽具有显著的提高运动耐力、耐缺氧水平和抑菌功效。建议在配制功能食品中添加明胶肽,增强机体的抗疲劳和免疫能力。Exercise is beneficial to health by the majority of residents and experts attention and approval, but few people pay attention to the downside risks to health movement, and there is more rare in the application of nutrition means to reduce adverse health risks caused by the motion, the gelatin peptide animal gastric perfusion of homemade, detection of the experimental animal and the control group. The ability of anti-fatigue, hypoxia tolerance and antibacterial activity, confirmed the gelatin peptide can improve exercise tolerance, significant hypoxia tolerance level and antibacterial function. The study suggests in the preparation of add gelatin peptide in functional foods, enhance the anti fatigue and immunity.
