MMP-2、E-cadherin和VEGF在食管鳞癌中的表达特点及其实用价值

摘　　要：为探索基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、E-钙调蛋白(E-cadherin)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在食管鳞癌(ESCC)中的表达情况,利用免疫组化SABC法和RT-PCR技术对我院109例不同分化程度和发展阶段的ESCC患者进行检测,并分析其与ESCC恶性程度和进展程度的相关性。结果发现,MMP-2、VEGF在ESCC组织中表达高于正常组织(P<0.01),且低分化组、深层浸润组、淋巴结转移组高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),E-cadherin在ESCC组织中表达低于正常食管组织(P<0.01),且低分化组、深层浸润组、淋巴结转移组低于对照组(P<0.01)。联合检测MMP-2、E-cadherin和VEGF有助于综合判断ESCC的恶性程度和进展情况。To develop the expression of matrix metalloproteinases 2（MMP-2） ,E-cadherin and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） ,we used methods of immunohistochemistry （SABC method） and technics of RT-PCR to test the content of MMP-2 ,E-cadherin and VEGF in 109 ESCC cases of different extent of differentiation and different stages of development in our hospital ,and analyzed the correlation of MM P-2 , VEGF ,E-cadherin and the malignancy and the extent of progress of ESCC .We found that the expression of MMP-2 and VEGF in ESCC is higher than that in the normal esophageal mucosa significantly （P ＆lt; 0 .01） ,and is higher in groups of poorly differentiation ,deep infiltration ,lymphnode metastasis than control group （P＆lt; 0 .01 or P＆lt; 0 .05） .The expression of E-cadherin in ESCC is lower than that in the normal esophageal （ P ＆lt; 0 .01 ） and is lower in groups of poorly differentiation ,deep infiltration ,lymphnode metastasis than control group （ P＆lt; 0 .01） .So we can make a comprehensive judgment about the extent of malignancy and progression by testing the expression of MMP -2 ,VEGF and E-cadherin jointly .
