榄香烯联合替莫唑胺与单药替莫唑胺在NSCLC脑转移放疗后维持治疗中的比较研究

摘　　要：探讨榄香烯注射液联合替莫唑胺在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脑转移患者放疗后维持治疗的疗效,将46例NSCLC脑转移放疗后患者,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组,分别采用榄香烯联合替莫唑胺和单药替莫唑胺维持化疗,观察两组疗效、免疫指标、不良反应及生存分析。结果显示两组无进展生存期(PFS)、总生存期(OS)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总缓解率及卡氏功能状态评分(KPS)两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组免疫功能提高,化疗不良反应减轻。榄香烯联合替莫唑胺维持治疗可以提高NSCLC脑转移患者放疗后的总缓解率,改善生活质量,减轻化疗的不良反应,应用安全。To investigate the maintenance therapy effect of elemene in combination with temozolomide after radiotherapy in patients of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC ） combined with brain metastases .46 patients with brain metastases after radiotherapy in NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups ：combined treatment group and control group ,respectively elemene plus temozolomide or temozolomide alone were observed efficacy ,immune parameters , adverse reactions and survival analysis .Results of two groups＆#39;progression-free survival and overall survival were not significant （P＆gt; 0 .05） . The overall response rate and KPS significant difference between the two groups （P＆lt;0 .05） ,quality of life in patients of the combined treatment group were improved and adverse effects after chemotherapy were reduced .Elemene combined temozolomide maintenance therapy can improved overall response rate in patients of NSCLC with brain metastases after radiotherapy ,improved quality of life ,reduced the adverse effects of chemotherapy ,and were application security .
