奥拉西坦联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察奥拉西坦联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。【方法】117例发病在3 d内的急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(58例)和奥拉西坦组(59例)。2组均行常规治疗(阿司匹林抑制血小板聚集)及红花黄色素100 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14 d;其中奥拉西坦组给予奥拉西坦3 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14 d。2周后进行神经功能缺失评定。【结果】治疗14 d后血浆B型脑钠肽前体水平,对照组(101.12±10.64)pg/ml与奥拉西坦组(99.46±12.67)pg/ml较治疗前[(217.31±26.42)pg/ml;(229.67±23.87)pg/ml]明显下降(P<0.05);神经功能缺损评分,对照组(12.32±4.82)和奥拉西坦组(10.97±3.53)较治疗前[(27.17±6.67),(28.56±4.98)]明显下降(P<0.05);奥拉西坦组与对照组均取得良好疗效,且奥拉西坦组(89.83%)总有效率高于对照组(74.13%,P<0.05)。【结论】红花黄色素能明显改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损,临床疗效明显,且联用奥拉西坦疗效更好。[ Objective ] To observe the therapeutic effect of oxiracetam combined with saffbr yellow in treating acute cerebral infarction. [Methods] 117 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in 3 days were randomly divided into control group （58 cases） and Oxiracetam group （59 cases）. Two groups were performed routine therapy （aspirin inhibit platelet aggregation） and 100 ml Saffbr yellow for intravenous drip, once a day for 14 days. Patients of Oxiracetam group were given 3 g Oxiracetam added to 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml for intravenous drip, once a day for 14 days. Nerve disfunction was assessed after 2 weeks. [ Results] After 14 days treatment, the NT-pro-BNP level of both two groups decreased （P 〈 0.05）. The neurological deficit scores of both groups declined （P 〈 0.05）. The observation on clinical efficiency of first group was more considerable than the second group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Saffbr yellow can obviously improve nerve function defect in patients with acute cerebral infarction and clinical curative effect obviously. Effect of combined with olathe curative is better.
