DMBT1在肾癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨脑恶性肿瘤缺失基因1(DMBT1)在肾癌组织中的表达及其意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测47例肾癌组织及距其癌组织边缘2cm以上的镜下未见癌浸润的正常组织中DMBT1蛋白表达情况。[结果]免疫组织化学结果表明,DMBT1蛋白在肾癌组织及正常肾脏组织中的表达阳性率分别为31.9%、76.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DMBT1蛋白表达与肾癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);而与细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移以及肿瘤临床分期有关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析提示,DMBT1表达阳性的肾癌患者5年总生存率明显高于表达阴性者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]肾癌组织中DMBT1蛋白表达降低,且与肾癌细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及患者预后有关。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of deleted in malignant brain tumor 1（DMBT1） in kidney carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect DMBT1 protein expression of kidney cancer tissues and cancer adjacent tissues in 47 cases with kidney cancer.[Results] The level of DMBT1 protein expression was significantly lower in kidney cancer tissues（31.9%） than that in cancer adjacent tissues（76.6%）（P〈0.05）. The level of DMBT1 protein expression did not correlate to gender,age and tumor size（P〉0.05）,but correlated to lymph node metastasis,clinic stage and histological grade（P〈0.05）. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that loss of DMBT1 expression correlated significantly to poor overall survival. [Conclusion] DMBT1 expression decreases in kidney cancer tissue and correlates significantly to lymph node metastasis,clinic stage,histological grade and overall survival.
