动式优化型体育教学模式在高校滑冰教学中的构建和实践研究

摘　　要：动式优化型体育教学模式是指:不固定、灵活多样的多元化体育教学模式的优选和组合。此教学模式可根据不同的教学目标、不同的教学内容难度标准、不同层次学生的需求等,而形成相应的诸多种教学模式的优选组合,然后形成一种配套使用的动式优化型教学模式。通过文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法构建了动式优化型体育教学模式,并在高校滑冰教学中进行了实验研究。本研究根据大一新生的滑冰课特点,采用的动式优化型体育教学模式为:超前准备教学程序模式、分层教学模式、课内外一体化教学模式的配套组合。实验结果表明,该教学模式能够针对不同层次、不同需求学生进行教学,最大限度地满足学生的主体需求;能发展学生的个性、激发学习兴趣、调动学习的主动性,有利于体育锻炼习惯的养成;在学习体育知识、体育技术、运动技能和解决问题等方面具有针对性和有效性,教学效果显著。The physical education teaching mode of dynamic optimization is an optimization and combination of diversified teaching ones. This mode is an integrated optimization of multiple models according to various teaching objectives,content difficulty and students＆#39; needs. With the methods of documental information,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the paper develops a physical education teaching mode of dynamic optimization and has its experimental research in undergraduates＆#39; skating teaching. Based on the freshmen＆#39;s peculiarity in skating curriculum,it applies a teaching mode of dynamic optimization which advance preparation,layered teaching,internal and external integration of teaching. The experimental results show that the mode can maximize the students＆#39; satisfaction in different levels and needs,develop their personality and habits of physical exercise, motivate their learning interest and initiative. Because of the pertinence and effectiveness in learning the knowledge,technology and skills of physical education,the teaching effect is remarkable.
