摘　　要：加快发展混合所有制经济是党的十八大三中全会确定的改革路线,而如何具体展开这一宏大的改革?通过对大型国企混合所有制改革的路径、方法,以及改革为母公司带来的直接效益,改革的注意事项和深远意义的探讨,提出了相关思考,为下一步的具体推动或能提供一些助益。To accelerate the development of the mixed ownership economy is the third plenary session of the party ＆#39;s 18 reform route, but how to expand the great reform？ This article discusses the path and method of the mixed ownership economy reform of the large state-owned enterprises, as well as the direct benefits of the reform to the parent company, the matters needing attention and the far-reaching significance of the reform, then puts forward relevant thinking which can promote or provide some help for the next step.
