摘　　要：高校档案收集工作是档案管理工作的基础,是丰富档案馆(室)藏信息资源的重要手段。档案意识淡薄给收集工作带来重重困难,高校必须加大档案知识宣传力度、稳定档案队伍建设、增强档案员的责任心,档案收集工作方能顺利开展。Archive collection is the foundation work of archive management in colleges .It is also a way of enriching the resources in archive rooms .While lack of awareness brings much difficulty ,so we should strengthen the publicity of archive knowledge ,stabilize the staff and improve the sense of responsibility ,hence lead to the smooth work of archives collection .
