摘　　要：高等职业教育培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的应用性人才。高职院校《酒店英语》课程必须以"应用"为主旨来组织课堂教学,并构建与此相适应的多元评价体系,促进酒店英语教学质量和学生综合素质的提高。The goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate the applied talents of production ,construction , management and service .Therefore ,the teaching of Hotel English course in Higher Vocational Colleges should highlight the substance of “application” and establish compatible multi - assessment system so as to promote the teaching quality and improve students’comprehensive ability .
