摘　　要：传统的电子党务系统普遍存在着内容形式单一、性能不高等问题,应用上难以满足服务综合性、高效性、跨平台性要求。文章提出基于WCF技术架构的党务综合系统模型,采用数据通信框架WCF实现分布式底层架构,设计Windows组件通信宿主载体,并结合.NET框架技术、WEB相关技术和UML建模工具等实现了电子党务网,系统已投入运用。实例证明,系统框架具有跨平台性、高扩展性、良好交互性、安全性等特点。A series of questions,such as single contents,form and low performance, are in the traditional e-party system prevails. They can hardly meet the demand of comprehensive service, high performance,and Cross-platform in application.This article presented a comprehensive party system model based on WCF technology architecture and made use of the data communications framework of wcf to achieve the underlying distributed architecture.Also it designed a Windows component communication host vector and combined with. net framework, web technology,UML modeling tools to achieve the e-party net which has been used. Just as present proved, this software system framework is cross-platform,high performance, good interactivity, security, etc.
