摘　　要：文章以美国大学图书馆学术交流馆员岗位为案例,分析学术交流馆员的岗位设置、职责和能力要求,对学术交流馆员与图书馆其他相关岗位的异同进行比较。The paper takes the position of scholarly communication librarian in foreign university libraries for case study to discuss its setting, responsibility and competence; then it compares the similarities and differences of scholarly communication librarian and other related positions.
