针吸细胞块在睾丸精原细胞瘤诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨针吸细胞块对睾丸精原细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析46例睾丸精原细胞瘤患者的临床资料，术前均行针吸细胞学涂片和细胞块检查，结合细胞块免疫细胞化学，术后对照病理组织学分析细胞块对睾丸精原细胞瘤诊断的准确率。结果针吸细胞块结合免疫细胞化学诊断睾丸精原细胞瘤准确率可达93.5%，针吸细胞学涂片诊断符合率为78.3%。针吸细胞块对精原细胞瘤的诊断准确率高于针吸细胞学涂片（ P﹤0.05）。结论术前针吸细胞块检查可显著提高对睾丸精原细胞瘤的诊断符合率，尤其结合细胞块免疫细胞化学技术，对术前明确诊断、指导临床制定治疗方案有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of fine needle aspiration of cell block on testicular seminoma. Methods Foryt-six cases of testicular seminoma were retrospectively analyzed. Every case was diagnosised by fine needle aspiration cytology,cell block slice and immunocytochemistry. The diagnosis results were compared with pathologic histology. The diagnostic accuracy of fine needle as-piration cytology combined with cell block was analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of cell block combined with immunocytochemistry was 93. 5%,and the figure for fine needle aspiration cytology was 78. 3%. Conclusions Fine needle aspiration of cell block can greatly improve the diagnostic accordance rate in testicular seminoma. Combined with immunocytochemistry can provide evidences for the clinics to make therapeutic plans,the method definitely has important clinical values.
