摘 要:在分析空气弹簧刚度特性的基础上,获取空气弹簧动特性曲线优化方法,利用ADAMS/Car建立重型牵引车空气悬架以及整车虚拟样机模型,以空气弹簧刚度和减振器阻尼为试验因子,以驾驶员处的加权加速度均方根值函数为目标函数,通过响应曲面法建立目标函数与试验因子之间的关系表达式,获取最优空气弹簧动特性曲线.将优化的空气悬架参数代入到整车模型进行分析,仿真结果表明采用优化后的悬架参数可使驾驶员舒适度得到提高.On the basis of analysis of air spring stiffness characteristics, the optimization method for air spring dynamic characteristic curve is obtained. To be closer to real air suspension model, an air suspension based on ADAMS/Car, as well as a multi-body dynamic model, is designed for heavy truck. By taking the air spring stiffness and shock absorber damping as experiment factor, and using weighted acceleration root-mean-square value function at the driver's seat as target function, the experiment is carried out. The optimal air spring dynamic characteristic curve is acquired through the obtained function expression of target function and experiment factor by fitting experimental data under the response surface method. Then, the obtained optimal parameters of suspension system ard substituted into the whole tractor model. The results indicate that optimized suspension parameters can improve driver's ride comfort.
