高职SMT专业人才培养模式的探索与实践——以广东科学技术职业学院为例

摘　　要：通过分析SMT专业的培养目标,介绍应用型人才的培养模式,结合广东科学技术职业学院的以"教学企业"为代表的实验实训条件的建设情况,具体阐述如何按照技能型人才的培养模式逐步增强SMT专业毕业生的职业能力,使得SMT专业毕业生在理论、实践和职业素养等方面有充分的竞争力。Through the analysis of the training target of SMT specialty, introducing the training mode of applied talents and com- bined with the constructing condition of Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology which is represented by taking the teaching enterprise as its experiment and practice conditions, the paper expounds how to gradually enhance SMT graduates＇ occupation abili- ty according to the skilled talents training mode. Thus, the graduates have adequate competence in theory, practice and occupational quality.
