高职会计专业核心技能的界定及培养策略探析

摘　　要：会计专业核心技能是会计专业学生应具备的最主要技能,对提高高职会计专业毕业生的市场竞争力和职业发展能力极为重要。在专业培养方案中应突出专业核心技能的界定,明确核心技能的特点以及和其他技能的关系。培养会计专业核心技能,要在树立"理实一体化"教学理念的基础上,加强教师队伍"理实一体化"建设、完善会计教学场所"理实一体化"建设、加强会计教材"理实一体化"开发和建设。The professional core skills of accounting are the main skills processed by students of accounting specialty, which are es- sential for the graduates＇ market competitiveness and their career development ability. Therefore, in the professional training scheme, professional core skills should be defined evidently, and characteristics of the core skills, as well as the relationship to other skills should be made clear. To cultivate accounting professional core skills, we should set up the teaching concept of ＂integration of theory and practice＂. Based on this concept, the teacher team construction should be strengthened, the construction of accounting teaching places should be improved, and the development and construction of accounting textbooks should be enhanced.
