护理本科生基本护理操作技能强化训练的研究

摘　　要：目的为提高护理本科生的基本护理操作技能水平,更好地适应临床护理实习与毕业后岗位胜任。方法采用问卷调查法、强化训练法、技能项目考核结果比较法对护理本科生基本护理操作技能进行强化训练。结果实验组对基本护理操作技术的相关知识的认知程度的了解训练后较训练前有所提高,随机抽取五项基本护理操作技术项目考核分数实验组高于对照组。结论开展护理操作技能训练有利于提高护理本科生的职业胜任力、有利于提高护理教学质量、有利于提高学生学习的积极性主动性、有利于为以后步入临床打下坚实的基础。Objective In order to improve the nursing undergraduate students basic nursing skills, and to adapt to clinical nursing practice and graduation after post competency. Methods By using the method of questionnaire, intensifying training, skills of project appraisal comparison method. Results the degree of the experimental group of cognitive knowledge of basic nursing operation technique of the understanding of the training is training had significant difference, a random sample of five basic nursing operation project examination score of experimental group was higher than control group. Conclusion To carry out nursing skills training to improve nursing students occupation competence, to improve the teaching quality of nursing, improve the students＇ enthusiasm democracy movement, to enter and lay a solid foundation for clinical.
