摘　　要：目的:探讨FEZ1基因在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:收集宫颈鳞癌标本102例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)66例,正常宫颈组织40例。通过免疫组织化学(immuno-histochemistry,IHC)方法检测各标本中FEZ1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其表达与宫颈鳞癌临床参数的关系。结果:FEZ1蛋白在正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率显著高于CIN和宫颈鳞癌组织(P<0.05);FEZ1蛋白的表达随着癌组织分化程度的降低而显著降低(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、浸润深度、临床分期和有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:FEZ1的表达缺失或下调可能与宫颈鳞癌的发生与演进有关。Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of FEZ1 gene in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Method：208 cases of paraffin blocks of cervical tissue were collected,including cervical squamous cell carcinoma for 102 cases,CIN for 66 cases and normal cervical tissue for 40 cases.The expression of FEZ1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry（IHC）.The significance of the expression of FEZ1 protein and the relationship between the positive expression of it and clinicopathological parameters of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed. Result：The positive expression rate of FEZ1 protein in normal cervical tissue was significantly higher than that in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN（P〈0.05）.The expression of FEZ1 protein decreased significantly with the decrease of cell differentiation（P〈0.05）.However,the expression of FEZ1 protein was not related to age,depth of invasion, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The non-expression or low expression of FEZ1 gene may be related with the occurrence and progression of the cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
