GENGIGEL透明质酸在根尖囊肿刮治术后应用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察GENGIGEL透明质酸处理根尖囊肿刮治术(apical cyst curettage)后创口的临床效果。方法:采用随机双盲法将68例上前牙区根尖囊肿刮治术的病例平均分成两组,分别采用GENGIGEL透明质酸和生理盐水处理创口,记录术后当天及第1、3、7天时创口红肿情况,及患者对创口疼痛的评分。并于术后3个月、6个月观察X线检查结果,以Digora分析比较术区骨组织愈合情况。结果:术后第1天及第3天GENGIGEL透明质酸组患者创口红肿程度及疼痛感皆明显轻于生理盐水组(P<0.05),术后3个月及6个月两组骨密度比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GENGIGEL透明质酸不仅能减轻根尖囊肿刮治术后创口炎症反应,而且能促进骨组织生长。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of GENGIGEL hyaluronic acid on wound after apical cyst curettage.Method：A randomized,double - blind study was carried out,68 cases with upper front teeth apical cysts were divided into two groups equally,experimental group was treated by GENGIGEL hyaluronic acid ,contral group was treated by physiological saline only.The wound inflammation/pain index on the day of operation and 1st,3th and 7th day after operation were recorded.In adittion wound ’s x-ray results were evaluated by Digora technique after 3/6 months.Result：On the 1st and 3th day after operation,the inflammation and pain index of experimental group were significant decreased compared with control group（P〈0.05）. After 3/6 months the bone density was significant increased compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The GENGIGEL hyaluronic acid used in radicular cyst curettage could alleviate inflammation and promote the wound healing .
