民族地区城乡公共文化服务一体化建设的现实依据

摘　　要：民族地区的公共文化需求有其特殊性,而走民族地区公共文化服务体系建设的城乡一体化建设的道路,即民族地区在公共文化服务上的城乡统筹发展,互通共享,尽管目前只是理论上的尝试和探讨,但民族地区公共文化服务体系建设的城乡差距,城乡一体化建设的政策导向以及城乡人口构成的变化,还有少数民族地区丰富的传统文化资源等分别为民族地区走公共文化服务体系的城乡一体化建设道路提供了现实依据、理论依据、需求依据和产品依据。The need for public cultures in ethnic area has its peculiarity, and it is just a theoretical attempt and exploration to take the road to the urban and rural integration of pubic cultural service system in ethnic region; however, the gap between city and countryside as to the public cultural service systems, policy orientation towards the construction of urban and rural integration, demographic changes between city and countryside and the rich cultural resources in the ethnic region provide realistic base, theoretical base, requirement base and product base for the road to the urban and rural integration of pubic cultural service system in ethnic region.
