摘　　要：目的:探讨评判性思维在提高急救护理水平中应用的效果。方法:运用评判性思维对急诊科护士进行评判性思维能力的培养,以创新提高护理急救理论、实践及临床护理操作技能。结果:通过培训提高了护士的学习主动性,同时开阔了思路,使急救护理整体水平得到提高。结论:评判性思维的运用能够提高急诊护理急救水平。To explore the application of critical thinking in improving the effect of emergency nursing. Method：To train and improve the critical thinking ability of the emergency department nurses so that they could innovate first-aid nursing theory,practice and clinical nursing skills. Result：Through training,their study initiative was improved, their thinking was broadened and their overall level of emergency nursing was also improved. Conclusion：The application of critical thinking can improve emergency treatment level.
