硬核白内障手法小切口手术的效果

摘　　要：目的评价手法小切口白内障手术联合人工晶状体植入治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。方法回顾性分析504例（587眼）硬核白内障表麻下行手法小切口白内障手术联合人工晶状体植入的效果。结果术后第l天视力〉10．05者562眼（95．74％），≥0．3者536眼（91．31％）。术后第7天视力≥0．05者585眼，脱盲率99．66％；≥0．3者558眼，脱残率95．06％。结论手法小切口白内障手术联合人工晶状体植入治疗硬核白内障安全性高、视力恢复快、并发症少。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the manual small incision cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation for hard nucleus cataract. Methods Under topical anesthesia, the manual small incision cataract surgery combined with intraoeular lens implantation was performed in 587 eyes of 504 cases with hard nucleus cataract. Results at ≥0. 05 in 562 eyes （5. 74% ）, at≥0. 3 in The visual acuities on the first postoperative day were 536 eyes （91. 31%）. The visual acuities on the postoperative day 7 were at≥0.05 in 585 eyes. The off-blindness rate was 99.66% ; at ≥0.3 in 558 eyes, the off-disability rate was 95.06%. Conclusion The manual small incision cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract is safe, effective and with fewer complications.
