摘 要:以桥梁主体和人行道组成结构的简化模型为研究对象,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,运用APDL语言建立了翼板、顶板、墙板组成的T型接头两侧双道同步焊接模拟的有限元模型。通过模拟计算多条焊缝焊接过程,得到了模型上不同时刻温度分布结果,对冷却后的残余应力及残余变形进行了预测。结果表明,建立模型能很好的模拟焊接过程,同步焊接的工艺能减少焊接应力集中,焊接顺序靠后的焊缝会产生更大的残余应力,最大残余变形出现在顶板和翼板边缘。This paper took the simplified model of the bridge structure as the research object, and the bridge structure composed by main body and pavement. Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software and by using the APDL language,the double side synchronous welding model of T-joint which Consists of wing plate,roof and wall plate was established. By simulation and calculation many welding seams welding process,Temperature distribution on model in different time are obtained,and the residual stress and residual deformation after cooling are forecasted. The simulation results show that the established model can be used to simulate the welding process well, and concentration of welding stress can be reduced by synchronous welding process. The weld which welding at last will produce a larger residual stress,and the residual deformation appears on the edge of the roof plate and wing plate.
