摘　　要：介绍了内蒙古自治区煤化工行业发展现状和人才需求情况,制定科学合理的专业人才培养方案,不断加强专业师资队伍建设、实习和实训基地建设、学生知识、能力与素质的培养,全面提高人才培养质量,更好地为内蒙古自治区煤化工产业的发展培养高素质技术技能型人才。The current situation and talent demand of coal chemical industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was introduced , and the scientifically rational professional personnel cultivation project was made.It must strengthen the construction of the following two items should be strengthened , including teachers＇teams, practice bases , practical teaching , as well as the cultivation of students＇knowledge , ability and diathesis , for overall improving talent quality and the high technology and skilled talents in coal chemical industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region development .
