摘　　要：高职院校的顶岗实习是实践教学体系中的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着重要作用。如何对顶岗实习进行规范管理是提高顶岗实习教学效果的关键。本文以青岛职业技术学院化工类学生顶岗实习管理为例,分析了顶岗实习的意义、目前顶岗实习存在的问题,阐述了提高顶岗实习质量的对策,探索了顶岗实习课程化管理的思路和做法。Higher vocational colleges post practice was an important link of practice teaching system , played an important role in the process of personnel training.How to standardize the management of post practice is the key to improve the practice teaching effect.Taking Qingdao Technical College chemical engineering students internship management as an example , analyzes the meaning of post practice , the practice problems , expounds the countermeasures to improve the quality of post practice , the practice ideas and practices of curriculum management were explored.
