摘　　要：作为为医院教学、科研、实验提供优质服务和有力保障的基本场所,分子医学公共实验室建设与发展必不可少。因而采用多种策略和各种先进手段对分子医学公共实验室进行各方面的安全化管理,全面分析和应对公共实验室可能会面对的各种情况,进一步探索其在开放模式下的管理模式,是促进分子医学公共实验室建设与发展的重要环节。Public laboratory of molecular medicine was an important place for the experimental teaching , scientific researching and personnel training.The management was a significant part to promote the construction and development of the laboratory , and was a basic condition to provide quality service and guarantee for the hospital teaching , research and experiments.For this reason, it was an important subject , which was worthy of study and discussion to make a comprehensive analysis of the situations faced by the public laboratory and to explore the management in an open mode .
