摘　　要：目的:观察乳岩消积方与TC方案联合治疗乳腺癌术后的临床治疗效果。方法:乳腺癌术后患者40例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予乳岩消积方联合TC方案;对照组仅给予TC化疗方案。结果:治疗组在症状改善、降低肿瘤标志物及生存质量方面较对照组改善明显。结论:乳岩消积方与TC方案联合治疗乳腺癌术后可改善患者临床症状,减轻化疗药物的不良反应,提高生活质量。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Ruyan Xiaoji recipe plus TC program on postoperative breast cancer. Methods：40 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given the Ruyan Xiaoji recipe plus TC program, and another was given TC program solo. Results：In the treatment group, the improvement of symptoms, reducing of tumor markers and quality of life were obviously better. Conclusion：The Ruyan Xiaoji recipe plus TC program can improve clinical symptoms, mitigate the adverse effects and improve the quality of life.
