摘  要:目的:研究胃乐舒颗粒最佳喷雾干燥工艺,为其质量稳定提供保证。方法:以延胡索乙素含量、干粉收率、含水率为考察指标,采用正交试验方法主要考察进风温度、浸膏比重、供液速度三个因素对干燥效果影响。结果:优选的最佳干燥工艺条件为进风温度145℃、浸膏比重1.10、供液速度25 ml·min-1。结论:优选的最佳工艺条件合理、重复性好、稳定可靠,可做为胃乐舒颗粒的干燥条件,为其制剂的干燥工艺改进提供依据。Objective: To research the optimal spray drying technology for Weileshu granules to provide guarantee for quality con- trol. Methods: With the tetrahydropalmatine content, dry yield and moisture content as the indices, such main influencing factors as the inlet air temperature, extract specific gravity and fluid velocity on the drying effect were studied by orthogonal experiment. Results : The optimal spray drying technology was as follows: the inlet air temperature was 145℃, the drug liquid density was 1.10 and the fluid speed was 25 ml · min - 1. Conclusion. The optimal conditions are reasonable, repeatability, stable and reliable, and it can be used in the spray drying technology for Weileshu granules, which provides evidence for the drying technology improvement for the preparations.
