摘　　要：目的:了解内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)对扁平或宽基大肠息肉的治疗作用。方法:94个扁平或宽基大肠息肉在内镜介导下先予黏膜下注射,再一次性或分次切除病灶,创面旷置或钛夹钳闭,术后6、18、30个月复查,未见复发者为治愈。结果:除一个大的扁平息肉术后1年复发再治外,其余93个息肉追踪30个月未见复发,所有病例均未见严重并发症发生。结论:EMR治疗扁平或宽基大肠息肉是安全的且较为经济,疗效确切。Objective：To explore the value of endoscopic mucosal resection（EMR） in the flat or broad-base colonic polyps.Method：94 flat or broad-base colonic polyps involved in this paper. First,injected the liquid into the submucosa conducted by endoscope,then,cutted down the polyp by one-time excision or partial excision. The wound was sealed by titanium clips or just indwelling. All cases were followed up 6,18 and 30 months after EMR. The patients without recurrence after 30 months followed-up were thought to be cured.Result：All cases were cured except one,who recurred 1 year after EMR. There was not any severe complication occurred after EMR.Conclusion：EMR is a safe,economical and effective treatment for flat or broad base colonic polyps.
