摘　　要：目的:探讨星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)在星形细胞瘤的表达及与其临床病理特征的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学检测星形细胞瘤和正常脑组织AEG-1的表达情况,并分析其与星形细胞瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果:AEG-1全部着色在胞浆。AEG-1在80例星形细胞瘤组织中的阳性表达率为87.5%,高于20例正常脑组织的5.0%(P<0.05)。肿瘤较小、低级别、可以完全切除的患者,AEG-1的阳性表达水平低(P<0.05)。结论:AEG-1在星形细胞瘤中呈过表达,参与星形细胞瘤的发生、发展。Objective：To investigate the expression of AEG-1 in astrocytomas and the relationship between AEG-1 and the clinicopathologic status. Method：Immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of AEG-1 in 60 astrocytomas tissues and 20 normal brain tissues.To evaluate the relationship between AEG-1 and clinicopathologic status in astrocytomas.Result：AEG-1 was evident in cytoplasmic of astrocytomas.Of 80 astrocytomas tissues, 70（87.5%） were stained positive for AEG-1,higher than that in normal brain tissues（1/20,2.0%）（P〈0.05）.Smaller tumor,earlier stage and total Resection were associated with overexpressed AEG-1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The overexpression of AEG-1 is high in astrocytomas,AEG-1 is associated with the occurrence of astrocytomas.
