摘　　要：通过分析高校工科教师工程实践能力培养的重要性,从工科教师培训制度的建立、鼓励工科教师进企业、建立企业与高校合作关系等角度提出了培养教师实践能力的途径,以切实提高教学能力。Through the analysis on the importance of project practical ability training of engineering teachers in colleges,this paper put forward the ways of cultivating the practical ability of teachers from the establishment of engineering teachers training system,encouragement the engi-neering into enterprise,establishment the cooperation relation of enterprises and colleges and other views,in order to improve the teaching ability.
