摘  要:建立符合企业发展的绩效考核体系是建筑施工企业进行有效绩效管理的重要内容。本文以H建筑施工公司为例,针对该公司现有绩效考核存在的问题,梳理了该公司绩效考核的设计思路与过程,运用关键绩效指标考核法进行分层考核,分别针对公司级、部门级及员工进行KPI设计,设计符合企业实际情况且具有可操作性的考评方案,从而完善H公司绩效考核体系,以期为同类企业提供参考和借鉴。The establishment of enterprise development of the performance appraisal system of construction enterprise is the important content of effective performance management. In this paper, the H construction company as an example, according to the company's existing performance appraisal issues, design idea and process of the company's performance appraisal review, the key performance index for hierarchical evaluation system, according to the company level, department level and staff of KPI design, designed to meet the actual situation of the enterprise and can be the evaluation operational scheme, so as to improve the performance appraisal system of H company, to provide a reference for similar enterprises.
