转Bt基因糙米对生长猪的生长性能、产肉性能及血常规指标的影响

摘  要:目的 本研究探讨转Bt(bacillus thuringiensis)基因糙米对生长猪生长和产肉性能及血液学指标的影响。方法 选取80日龄(35.76±2.52)kg大白仔猪30头,随机分为对照(control,C)、试验(test,T)两组,每组15头猪。C组饲喂70%非转基因的亲本糙米+基础日粮,T组饲喂70%转Bt基因的糙米+基础日粮。试验期90 d,根据不同生长期猪的营养需要又将整个试验期分为育肥前期(1-45 d)和育肥后期(46-90 d)。观察和比较两组间猪仔只的平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比、胴体性能、肉品质指标及血常规等指标的差异。结果 (1)全期T组的平均日增重和饲料转化率均有提高,尤以46-90 d较为明显,但均未达到显著水平(P〉0.05)。(2)胴体性能:T组的屠宰率和眼肌面积分别高于C组0.58%和2.54%,但均未达到显著水平(P〉0.05)。胴体性能的其他指标也无显著影响(P〉0.05)。(3)肉品质:转Bt基因糙米对于肌肉pH、肉色亮度(lightness,L*)、红度(redness,a*)、黄度(yellowness,b*)、电导率、滴水损失等均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。(4)血常规指标如血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)、血细胞压等积(HCT)均在正常范围内,且与C组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论 转Bt基因糙米与非转基因亲本糙米营养价值基本相同,使用转Bt基因糙米作为饲料原料对生长猪的生长性能、产肉性能及血液学指标均未产生显著影响。Objective The experiment was conducted to study the effects oftransgenic Bt brown rice on growth, meat performance and some blood parameters in growing pigs. Methods Thirty large White piglets weighted (35.76±2.52) kg were randomly allocated into 2 dietary treatments with 15 replicates (1 pigs per pen). The pigs of control group (CG) were fed a 70% parental brown rice+ basic diet, and the pigs of test group (TG) fed a 70% transgenic Bt brown rice + basic diet. The trial period was 90 d, including the first phase (1-45 d) and the second phase (46-90 d). The differences between two groups of pigs in average daily feed intake, average daily gain, feed/gain, carcass traits, meat quality and blood indices were compared. Results (1) The average daily gain and feed conversion ratio of TG were increased, which was more obvious in the second phase (46-90 d), but there were no significant differences between two groups (P〉0.05). (2) The dressing percentage and loin eye area of TG were higher than that of CG by 0.58% and 2.54%, but there were no significant differences between two groups (P〉0.05). Other carcass parameters showed no significant difference between two group (P〉0.05). (3) In terms of the quality of meat, transgenic Bt brown rice had no significant effects on muscle pH, lightness, redness, yellowness, conductivity and drip loss in growing pigs(P〉0.05). (4) There were no significant differences in someblood parameters such as hemoglobin (HGB), white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC) and platelet (PLT), Hematocrit (HCT) between tWO groups (P〉0:05), and within the normal range. Conclusion These results indicated that the transgenic Bt brown rice Was similar to the common brown rice in nutritional value. Transgenic Bt brown rice did not affect growth performance, carcass performance, meat performance and some blood parameters in growing pigs.
