摘 要:大豆分离蛋白作为一种食品添加剂拥有广阔的市场前景,但在其生产过程中会产生高浓度的含磷废水,传统的厌氧-好氧生化工艺对废水中的有机物有较强的降解能力,而对废水中的总磷虽然有一定的除磷效果,但是很难将废水中的含磷量降到排放标准以下。针对此问题本文采用了化学除磷方法,并对几种典型的化学除磷工艺及其原理做了简单介绍,以阜新维远食品科技有限公司生化处理后的生产废水作为研究对象,通过实验得出熟石灰、三氯化铁、硫酸铝三种除磷剂的最佳投药量,在此基础上对其运行成本进行比较分析后提出了钙法处理大豆分离蛋白含磷废水的工艺,实验结果表明在石灰乳(质量浓度为20%)投药量为14mL/L时,总磷的去除效果最好,出水TP含量为0.4mg/L,运行成本为0.91元/吨废水。As a food additive, soybean protein isolate has a promising prospect in the market. However, its produc- tion also generates high - concentration phosphorus wastewater. Traditional anaerobic - aerobic biochemical technology has strong degradation ability for organics, and some degree of dephosphorize total phosphorus, but it is very hard to meet the standards of phosphorus content to wastewater. This paper uses chemsitry removal method and provides brief introduction of several typical dephosphorization technologies. Biochemically treated wastewater from Fuxin Weiyuan Food Science and Technology Co. , Ltd. is used in the study. The experiments found the optimal dosage of slaked lime, ferric trichloride and aluminum sulfate; The study then analyze the operation cost for calcium - based treatment. The results suggest 14mL/L lime milk ( mass concentration 20% ) is the best condition in removal of total phosphorus. The operation cost is 0.91 yuan/t with TP content of 0. 4mg,/L.
