摘　　要：锁可发生于单侧或双侧,分为正锁和反锁。处于游离端位置的第二磨牙区锁的矫治一直是正畸治疗中的一个难点。本文主要介绍了利用微小种植体支抗腭移或颊移上颌后牙,颊移下颌后牙解决第二磨牙区正、反锁的方法,并对如何解决矫治中会出现的锁伴上下后牙近中倾斜、拥挤的情况进行了详细描述。Scissors-bite applies to total maxillary buccal or mandibular lingual crossbite, it might manifest itself in unilateral or bilateral crossbite. Scissors-bite correction on second molar has been always a tough problem. This report mainly introduces some approaches with mini implants to correct second molar scissors-bite, they are buccal tipping or lingual tipping with overextrusion of the maxillary molar, buccal tipping with overextrusion of the mandibular molar. It also details some solutions with mini implants to correct scissors-bitewith mesially inclined maxillary and mandibular molars, and dentition crowding.
