摘　　要：优化新生代农民工就业培训模式,有利于广东省的产业转型升级。优化珠三角新生代农民工就业培训,应设立免费就业培训制度;就业培训班要灵活授课、鼓励社会办学、丰富办学形式;企业要拓宽办学思路,搞活办学形式,构建就业培训的配套设施,同时要加强师资队伍建设;相关就业培训机构要合理布局,健全监管形式,拓展宣传途径,完善培训体系。It is beneficial to the industrial transformation and upgrading in Guangdong to optimize the employment training mode of new-generation migrant workers.The optimization of the employment training of migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta should establish the free employment training system; the employment training class should have flexible teaching, the running of schools by non-governmental sectors should be encouraged and the school-running forms should be enriched; enterprises should widen the way of school running, vary the school-running forms, build the supporting facilities for employment training and strengthen the development of teachers; the employment training institutions should be rationally distributed, the form of supervision should be perfected, the publicity path should be expanded and the training system should be improved.
