摘　　要：高校辅导员专业化发展直接关系到高校教育教学质量的提高和大学生综合素质的培养。同伴互助的实施有利于高校辅导员缓解工作压力、预防职业倦怠、提升专业素养、推动工作创新。高校要通过理顺体制机制、丰富活动载体、搭建交流平台和营造宽松环境等,为同伴互助活动的开展提供强有力的保障。The professional development of college counselors is directly related to the improvement of teaching quality and the training of university students＇ overall quality. The implementation of peer mutual help is beneficial to relieving the work pressure of college counselors, preventing the burnout, enhancing the professionalism and encouraging the innovation of their work. Universities should rationalize the institutional mechanisms, enrich the carrier of activities, build the exchange platform, create the relaxed environment and provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of peer mutual help activities.
