摘 要:为研究DK36A型落下孔车运输大件货物时其侧承梁的安全性,基于侧承梁纵向对称结构的1/2建立有限元模型,进行DK36A型落下孔车在额定承载状态下侧承梁的动、静强度和刚度有限元分析;根据有限元分析结果,在侧承梁上相应位置设置应力测点,进行静、动强度和刚度试验。仿真和试验结果均表明:侧承梁受到的最大应力位于侧承梁腹板处斜拉杆座上,且未超过所用材料的许用应力,侧承梁的挠跨比也小于1/180,验证了DK36A型落下孔车侧承梁满足《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》和车辆设计技术条件的要求。In order to study the safety of the side load bearing sill of DK36A well car for transporting heavy and large cargo,the finite element model was established based on half of the longitudinal and symmetric structure of side load bearing sill,then finite element analyses were carried through on the dynamic and static strength as well as the rigidity of DK36A well car under rated load.According to the results of finite element analysis,the stress measuring points were set on the relevant positions of side load bearing sill to conduct static strength,dynamic strength and rigidity tests.The calculation and test results indicate that the maximum stress occurs on the web near the pedestal of diagonal rod and does not exceed the allowable stress of materials.The deflection span ratio of side load bearing sill is also less than 1/180.It is verified that the strength and rigidity of the side load bearing sill of DK36A well car satisfy the requirements specified in "Strength Design and Test Accreditation Specification for Freight Car" and the technical conditions for vehicle design.
