摘　　要：运用模糊数学原理、层次分析法,构建了新课改背景下贵州省高校体育教师胜任力评价体系:包括社会责任、职业道德、基础知识、专业知识、心理品质、工作行为、科研能力七个指标,提出一种定性与定量相结合的研究方法,评价结果具有参考价值。The article take studies to universitiy physical education teachers in Guizhou province under the background of new curriculum reform as the research object,using the principle of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process to construct universities sports teachers competency evaluation system of Guizhou under the background of new curriculum reform including social responsibility,professional ethics,basic knowledge,professional knowledge,psychological quality,scientific research ability and work behavior seven indicators. Using the fuzzy mathematics to put forward a kind of the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,the evaluation results have reference value.
