摘　　要：目的探讨乳突段面神经选择性梳理术治疗半面痉挛的疗效。方法 16例半面痉挛患者行乳突段面神经选择性梳理术,术后随诊1年,观察临床疗效。结果 10例患者经1次手术治愈,3例经2次手术治愈,1年以上随访无复发。3例经3次以上手术仍反复发作,但症状减轻,无永久性面瘫等手术并发症。结论乳突段面神经选择性梳理术简便易行,对半面痉挛患者疗效较好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of selective combing of mastoid segment of facial nerve in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods Sixteen patients with hemifacial spasm underwent selective combing of mastoid segment of facial nerve and were followed up for 1year after surgery.Clinical efficacy was observed in all patients.Results Among the 16patients,10were cured by surgery at the first attempt,and 3were cured at the second attempt.No recurrence was found in these 13patients during the follow-up.Hemifacial spasm recurred repeatedly in 3patients even after the third surgery.However,the symptoms were alleviated and no permanent facial paralysis and other complications occurred in the 3patients.Conclusion Selective combing of mastoid segment of facial nerve is easy to perform and effective for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.
