高氧结合高二氧化碳处理对铁皮石斛采后品质的研究

摘　　要：在(0±1)℃,不同浓度高O2(40%、60%、80%)结合高CO2(20%)储藏条件下,对铁皮石斛的色差、MDA含量、SSC含量、SOD活性进行测定,研究高O2结合高CO2(20%)对铁皮石斛的储藏品质影响。结果表明:不同浓度的高O2结合高CO2(20%)处理对鲜铁皮石斛的衰老有一定的抑制作用,其中O2含量60%到80%高O2结合高CO2(20%)对于抑制铁皮石斛的衰老有明显的抑制效果,尤以O2含量60%高O2结合高CO2(20%)储藏效果最佳。Under the storage conditions of different concentration O2（40%, 60%, 80%） combined with high CO2（20%）,（0±1） ℃. Determination of the Caulis dendrobii chromatism, SSC content, SOD activity, MDA content, to research the effect of high O2 combined with high CO2（20%） on Caulis dendrobii storage quality. The result indicated that the high O2 combined with high CO2（20%） treatment on Caulis dendrobii has the effect of inhibition of aging. With O2 content of 60% to 80% combined with high CO2（20%） had the obvious effect of inhibition of aging Caulis dendrobii. The best storage condition was O2 content 60% combined with high CO2（20%）.
