摘 要:目的:绿豆是我国传统杂粮之一,研究通过玉米低营养小鼠模型结合食品BDI-GS新体系进行毛绿豆及明绿豆营养健康效应的对比评价,用损益指数(BDI)及其累计积分(GS)考察2种绿豆对机体主要脏器组织及微观血清生化指标的影响。方法:以线性生长期健康的ICR小鼠为研究对象,设立玉米空白对照组、15%毛绿豆及15%明绿豆实验组,均饲养12 d后解剖完整取出心、肺、胸腺、脾、胰、肝、肾、性腺精囊及股骨等脏器组织,并进行血清生化指标的检测。结果:明绿豆对机体胸腺、脾脏、胰腺指标的营养及健康存在明显有益的效应,表现在质量及系数BDI均高于1.0,明显优于毛绿豆,而且累计GS值也显著高于毛绿豆。结论:表明明绿豆的营养健康效应明显优于毛绿豆,特别是明绿豆对机体脾胰组织有良好的营养补益和健康效应,可用于糖尿病的预防及辅助食疗。Objective: Phaseolus radiatus L. is one of traditional grain crops in China, in this study, nutritional and healthy effects of MAO and MING Phaseolus radiatus L. were conducted comparatively evaluation by maize low-nutritional mice model combined food BDI-GS novel system, observe the influences of both types of Phaseolus radiatus L. to vital organs by using benefit-damage index(BDI) and accumulative general score(GS) and microscope serum biochemical parameters. Method: The nutritional and healthy effects of both types of Phaseolus radiatus L. were evaluated comparatively by the linear growing normal ICR mice subject. Corn fed mice as control, 15% MAO and 15% MING Phaseolus radiatus L. fed mice were designed in the study, respectively. After fed twelve days, recorded mice body weights, heart, lung, thymus, spleen, pancreas, liver, kidneys, spermary and femur weights, calculated indices and BDI values, accumulative GS, more analyses on the serum biochemical. Results: MING Phaseolus radiatus L. is of obvious beneficial effects to nutrition-replenishing and health of thymus, spleen and pancreas in body, expressed in weight and index BDI all above 1.0, and better than those of MAO Phaseolus radiatus L., as well as GS values. Conclusions: These manifests that MING Phaseolus radiatus L. are markedly better than that of MAO Phaseolus radiatus L. in nutritional and healthy effects, especially MING Phaseolus radiatus L. is of obviously beneficial effects to spleen and pancreas in nutrition-replenishing and healthy promotion, and herein it may be used for prevention and assistant diet therapy of diabetes mellitus.
