摘 要:目的:了解医学生对医患关系的认知状况并分析其影响因素,为改革医学教育提供依据。方法:自制问卷调查医学生医患关系认知,运用logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果:医学生对医患关系和谐度的评价较低,51.8%学生对医患关系有明确定位。学校、年级、性别、是否独生子女、生源地是医患认知的影响因素。结论:医学生对医患关系具有比较明确的认知,医学院校应该进一步深入对学生医患关系认知的教育。Objective To investigate the perception on doctor-patient relationship and to analyze the influential factors,and to provide basis for reforming medical education.Methods Scale and questionnaire are used to survey medical students,and to analyze the influencing factors through Logistic Analysis.Results medical students think relationship between doctors and patients is not very harmony; major part of the students can position the relationship very well; school,grade,and one-child or not,gender and origin are the influential factors. Conclusions medical students have clearness towards doctor-patient relationship and medical schools should make students learn more about doctor-patient relationship.
