科技型中小微企业的成长环境分析——以天津为例

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,科技型中小微企业已成为技术创新的主力军以及提升社会经济发展水平的重要力量。以天津为例,从融资、技术、人力资源、社会服务、政策法律、社会文化、经济发展、产业发展八个方面对天津市科技型中小微企业的成长环境进行分析。通过分析得出,天津市已经具备良好的科技型中小微企业成长环境,当然也存在诸多问题,这些问题主要集中在融资、技术、人力资源和社会服务方面。With the development of economy,small＆amp;medium micro-sized technological enterprises have become the main force of technological innovation and the important force to enhance the economical and social development level.Taking Tianjin as an example,the paper analyzed the SMMEs＆#39;growth environment from eight aspects-financing,technology,hu-man resources,social services,policy and law,social culture,economic development and industrial development.Based on it,we concluded that Tianjin has a good environment for the SMMEs＆#39;growth.Of course,there are also many problems, which are mainly concentrated in financing,technology,human resources and social services.
