摘　　要：企业信息系统价值的实现一直是企业界和学术界所关注的问题。当前企业信息系统表现出的复杂性和可配置性的特点使得员工对企业信息系统的创新性使用行为不仅会涉及到多个层面,而且也是发挥系统价值的重要途径。在回顾企业信息系统创新性使用相关概念研究的基础上,从不同层面(包括个体、集体)的视角对有关企业信息系统创新性使用行为的研究进行评述,分析当前研究所存在的不足,并对未来相关研究方向进行展望,以期为我国企业信息系统价值发挥及创新性使用行为的管理研究和实践提供参考。The realization of the value of enterprise information system has always been concerned by the business and aca-demia.The complexity and configurability of today’ s information systems pose the need to consider the multi-level inno-vative use of the system by the employees.As the end-users of enterprise information systems,employees’innovative use is an important ways to realize the value of information systems.Firstly,this paper reviews the concept of innovative use of enterprise information system.Then,from the perspective of different levels （including individual and collective）,this pa-per reviews the study of innovative use of enterprise information systems and analyzes the deficiency.Finally,the authors propose the direction to future research analysis,and expect to provide guidance for realizing value of the informaion system and innovative use.
