摘　　要：在信息系统领域存在着严重的理论与实践脱节的现象,理论与实践的有效融合已成为信息系统领域备受关注的课题。以ERPII为例,介绍研究信息系统的基础理论并进行比较,以期能够为信息系统研究提供新的思路。The theory of information system and its actual practice are always not matched,which is a main issue in the in-formation system research.By the practice of ERPII,this article introduced the basic theories and made the comparison so as to provide several insights for IS research.
