摘　　要：以中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI2012—2013)来源期刊中管理学类29种期刊为依据,从期刊载文分布、作者情况、文献类型、研究视角和研究内容等层面,通过运用计量统计法,对2008—2012年5年期间企业集团管理研究进展进行分析和评价,对其热门研究内容进行简单述评,并在此基础上对企业集团管理未来研究的趋势进行展望。Based on Chinese Social Science Citation Index Source Journal of （CSSCI201 2 -201 3 ）29 management jour-nals,from the aspects of the distribution of the journals,the situation of the author,types of literature,research perspective and research content,use measurement statistics,the author proceed analysis and evaluation of the progress of the enter-prise Group management Research during the five-year period between 2008 and 201 2 ,then make a simple commentary on its popular content,and on this basis the author also make prediction of the trend of research on future of enterprise groups.
