急性淋巴细胞白血病免疫表型分析及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病免疫表型及其临床意义。方法对43例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者进行免疫表型检测,记录结果并给予统计学分析。结果 CD34、HLA-DR表达均为阳性患者RR率30.00%,CD34、HLA-DR表达均为阴性患者RR率72.73%,提示CD34、HLA-DR表达均为阳性患者为临床RR率反而降低(P<0.05)。结论临床医师应利用急性淋巴细胞白血病免疫分型特点准确诊断病情并采取有效措施,保障患者治疗效果及生命安全。Objective To investigate the acute lymphoblastic leukemia immunophenotype and clinical signifi -cance.Methods Immunohistochemical detection of 43 cases of acute lymphocytic leukemia patients , record the results and give the statistical analysis.Results CD34, HLA-DR expression was positive in RR patients was 30%, CD34, HLA-DR were negative in all patients with RR was 72.73%, suggesting that CD34, HLA-DR expression was positive for RR in patients with clinical efficiency decreased （ P＆lt;0.05 ）.Conclusions The clinician should typing Characteris-tics Diagnosis and take effective measures to ensure the use of immune acute lymphoblastic leukemia , treatment effect and safety of life.
