Objective To explore influence of early blood pressure control on haematoma expansion of patients with hyper- tensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 206 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were select- ed as the research object of this study. The patients according to different treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group (103 cases each). Curative effect of two groups was compared. Results Blood pressure control of ob- servation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and significant difference was found in two groups (P〈0.01); the clinical changes were compared at the same time. In the observation group, hematoma was better than that of the control group. The proportion of hematoma expansion, in the former and the latter was 3.88% and 55.34% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.01). After onset of 21 d, NIHSS scores of two groups were com- pared, and NIHSS scores of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and significant difference was found in two groups (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Timely blood pressure control can effectively prevent hematoma expansion of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and is of great help to the treatment of the disease.
