穿刺活检技术在诊断口咽部及咽旁肿瘤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨穿刺活检技术在诊断口咽部及咽旁肿瘤的临床价值。方法回顾性分析了2011年1月至2012年6月我院对收治的32例口咽部及咽旁肿瘤的患者采用CT引导下穿刺活检技术诊断的临床资料。结果本组术前定位穿刺成功100%，穿刺活检阳性率100%。32例患者经CT引导下穿刺活检病理诊断为口咽部恶性肿瘤20例，占62.5%；咽旁间隙恶性肿瘤5例，占15.6%，神经纤维瘤7例，占21.9。病灶因穿刺出现并发症10例，占18.75%。结论穿刺活检技术在诊断口咽部及咽旁肿瘤的临床价值较大，患者创伤小，并发症低，能为临床制定治疗方案提供科学的依据。Objectiveto explore the clinical value of needle biopsy in the diagnosis of oral and oropharyngeal technology parapharyngeal tumor.Methods a retrospective analysis of 2011 January to 2012 June in our hospital 32 cases of oropharyngeal and parapharyngeal tumor were treated with ct guided puncture biopsy techniques in the diagnosis of clinical data.Results the preoperative localization puncture success 100%, biopsy positive rate was 100%. 32 patients by ct guided biopsy pathologic diagnosis of oropharynx of 20 patients with malignant tumor （62.5%）; Pharynx side clearance of malignant tumor in 5 cases, accounting for 15.6%, nerve fibroma in 7 cases, accounting for 21.9. 10 cases of lesions by puncture complications, accounting for 18.75%.ConclusionBiopsy technique in the diagnosis of oropharyngeal tumor the clinical value of larger and pharynx, small trauma patients, low complications, for clinical provide scientiifc basis for treatment.
